RETURN POLICY

I. Return Policy for Goods

You will have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without any given reason.
The withdrawal period will be fourteen (14) days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods;
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Wein-Leben e.U., Obkirchergasse 36/1 1190 Vienna, Tel. No .: +43 678 126 12 50, Email: office @wein-leben.at on the basis of a clear statement (e. g. a letter sent by post or Email) about your decision, to revoke this contract. You can do so by optionally using a template of the wihdrawal from as indicated under section III..
Timely dispatch of revocation shall suffice when sending the notification of exercise for withdrawal of the goods before reaching the revocation deadline.

II. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments from you within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. Such a refund also includes delivery charges (except for any additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us.

Unless otherwise agreed for this refund, we will use the same methods of payment which was applied in the original transaction. Neither way will you be charged for any refund fees.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence that that goods are returned, whichever occurs earlier.
You must immediately return the goods in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the date on notification of withdrawal of this contract in order to return the goods to us.
The deadline shall be met if the goods have been dispatched before expiry of the deadline of fourteen (14) days.
You will bear any direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for possible losses in value of the goods, if any diminished value of the goods results from your handling of the goods in order to examine conditions, nature and functions that is not necessarily appropriate.
