1. Processing of personal data
You will have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter through our website. Therefor we will need your e-mail address as well as a declaration, that you will agree with the subscription to the Newsletter.

2. Processing of further data
In order to provide you with specific information, optionally we also collect and process information such as first and last name, telephone number and your address.

3. Confirmation E-Mail (Double Opt-In)
Once you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link in order to confirm your registration.

4. Cancellation of Newsletter
You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time by activating the “unsubscribe here” button in the newsletter and by confirming that you have unsubscribed from the mailing list. You can also send your cancellation request to the following e-mail address: office@wein-leben.at. We will promptly delete your data reagrding to the newsletter dispatch. In general such an withdrawal does not affect the legality of processing Newsletter on the basis of the user consent until date of withdrawal.

The relationship with the Newsletter service provider MailChimp, with name and address: Rocket Science Group LLC d / b / a MailChimp, Georgia 675 Ponce De Leon Ave.N., Suite 5000 Atlanta, Georgia 30308, USA is based on standard contractual clauses, which are concluded acc. Art. 28 DSGVO and obliges MailChimp to process personal data of its recipients in accordance with our instructions, only.
Furthermore, MailChimp offers the guarantee to comply with the data protection level outside the EU (third country), as the service is certified under the EU / Switzerland-US Privacy Shield.

6. Your rights relating to personal data
You may, among others, be entitled (subject to applicable law), (i) to verify whether and which category of personal information we have stored about you and to receive copies of such data, (ii) to correct, supplement or delete your personal information, (iii) to demand to restrict processing of your personal data, and (iv) in certain circumstances, to withdraw the processing of your personal data or to consent in advance to the processing of your personal data (v) to require data portability, (vi) to know the identity of any third party to whom your personal information is transmitted and (vii) to lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
